As a mother of two daughters, Durana is continuously inspired each day by the women around her. “My daughters and the women in my office inspire me daily. In Afghanistan, women don’t have the same opportunities that we do here in the United States. I know the power that I hold, and I must be a strong role model for the women around me.” Durana is a proud leader that works to empower the women on the Cymbiotika team and advocates for gender equality. This creates not only a work environment that empowers women to lead the best lives possible, but a world where women have the tools to glow from the inside out.
